Elementary Formation Grades K-5th
 
The focus of our Elementary Formation is to help the student build a relationship with God based on the catechism, prayer, worship and love.  The program is grade level specific:
student will be placed in the same grade he/she attends in school.  The grade school years are an exciting time for both student and Parents, and the child becomes aware of the great love God has for his creation. 
 
Sacrament preparation occurs over two years.  After the first year of faith formation, the student must be registered to continue with sacramental preparation.  The student focuses on the study of the Sacrament of Reconciliation and the Eucharist.   
 
Requirements:

• Baptism certificate is required at the time of registration
• Attendance to class every Sunday
• Attendance to Mass every Sunday (parents and students at the end of class)
• Only 3 absences will be allowed during the year
• Parents must notify the catechist of the absence
